Some Mimi pieces are one offs…that’s right there is only ONE piece available. How come? Because we only have enough fabric for one piece or we have chosen to be really tricky and make just one item only.
Some items are limited in number, mainly because we have limited fabric available to us.
Some items are available in greater numbers.
Some items are in stock.
Some items are made especially for you following you placing an order. These may take a little longer to supply to you. Generally 7-10 working days till despatch. We’ll contact you to if this is the case just to let you know what’s what.

When placing an order with Mimi The Label , you are wanting to purchase an item/or items as per the details, descriptions, item prices and shipping costs along with all the terms and conditions as detailed on the Mimi The Label website at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to payment clearance.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as methods of payment.
a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. All credit card transactions will be processed in $AUD (Australian Dollars) through Square which is a secure online payment gateway.
No orders will be despatched until payment has been received in full.
We may need to contact you to verify your personal details or discuss your particular order before despatch.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery costs are charged in addition to the order placed and will be clearly marked at checkout.
Deliveries in Australia will be charged at a standard rate of $10. This is in addition to the price of the garment/s.
All parcels sent from the Mimi The Label require a signature upon delivery.

In the case that a return from the customer to the Mimi The Label is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to bear any losses as a result of the lost package.
All international shipping is charged at a standard rate of $45 AUD. However we do not pay import duties or taxes. These vary from country to country and we suggest you enquire with your custom agency.
International deliveries will be via DHL who do not deliver to P.O.Boxes.
PACKAGING AND LABELLING OF GOODS
All goods sent out by Mimi The Label will be sent in the most suitable packaging for the item/s purchased.
Mimi The Label may change, alter or delete any items on the website in regard to price, design or availability without notice.
Now that’s one of the stuffy bits we mentioned! It means the price may go up, the availabilty may change or the design may be altered if we deem it necessary.
Mimi The Label is subject to the National Privacy Act. Meaning we won’t be using your details when we shouldn’t.
WHERE IS MIMI THE LABEL MADE?
Right here! In Australia. Bendigo to be precise. All garments & some accessories are made here. Some accessories may be made elsewhere, and we’ll let you know where.
DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
Hang on we’re brand new so at this stage Mimi does not have a Loyalty Programme…but who knows when?
CAN I USE A CREDIT NOTE OR GIFT VOUCHER ONLINE?
At this stage Mimi does not have Gift Vouchers. But who knows when?

DO YOU OFFER LAY-BY ONLINE?
We don’t offer an online lay-by service. But again who knows when?
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from Mimi The Label. For all orders within Australia, you can track your order by entering your tracking number into the ‘Track Your Item’ area on the Australian Post website. International orders can be tracked via the ‘Track your shipment’ page on the DHL website.
CAN A MIMI THE LABEL E-STORE PARCEL BE LEFT AT AN UNATTENDED ADDRESS?
No, a Mimi The Label parcel will not be left at an address without receipt of a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you provide a shipping address that will have someone present between 9am-5pm weekdays so that a signature on receipt of the order can be obtained.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF IT DOESN’T FIT?
If you wish to obtain another size, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

WHAT IS THE MIMI THE LABEL E-STORE RETURNS POLICY?
We’d much prefer you exchanged your item if it’s not quite right but…
You can return any full priced item within 14 days for a full refund provided:
It has not been worn or damaged in any way.
It has all original tags attached.
It is in the original packaging.
We do not pay for return postage.
You will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any product please.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Once you have returned your item(s) to us, please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed and meets our return policy, it will be approved for refund. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note, only the amount paid for the item(s) returned will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY BEAUTIFUL MIMI PIECE?

WHAT ABOUT WEAR & TEAR?
All garments will show signs of wear and some even wear out! So if your garment is damaged after you wear it we cannot accept these items back for return or exchange.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Well we certainly don’t want that!

We may offer to repair, exchange or refund at our discretion.
